PARIS, sept. 13 (Xinhua) -- Zhang Guangjun, vice minister of the Organization Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, has led a CPC delegation to visit France from Sept. 10 to Sept. 13 and attended the L'Humanite Festival of the French Communist Party (PCF).

During his stay in France, Zhang met with leaders of French political parties and the Parliament, as well as former high-ranking government officials, promoting Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.

They also exchanged views on implementing the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, deepening China-France and China-Europe cooperation, and strengthening party-to-party exchanges.

The French side expressed willingness to strengthen exchanges at all levels, expand practical cooperation, and promote the steady and long-term development of France-China and Europe-China relations. ■
